Official Rules (The Great Holiday Unlock Event)

‍Identity verification (KYC) added as an eligibility requirement for participation in section 2. Eligibility. Only identity verified Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs accounts will be able to use their Holiday Keys to attempt unlocking Holiday Boxes.

1. Sponsor

The Great Holiday Unlock Event (“Campaign”) is sponsored by Dapper Labs, Inc. (“Sponsor”).This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company. The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates are not prize providers for this Campaign.

Entrants and winners release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates (and each of their officers, directors, and employees) from and against any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Campaign or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

 

2. Eligibility

Open to Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs users with identity verified accounts (“Eligible Participants”). Employees, officers, and directors of The Walt Disney Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or related entities (collectively, “Disney Entities”), as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Program. Void where prohibited by law. The Program is subject to all applicable United States and Canada federal, provincial, state and local laws.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from November 3, 2025 at 9:00 AM PST through December 26, 2025 at 8:59 AM PST.

  • Holiday Keys can be claimed from Nov. 3rd 9:00 AM until Dec. 26, 2025 8:59 PM PST or until the last box is unlocked, whichever comes first.
  • Holiday Boxes (unlock opportunities) occur daily from Dec. 1–25, 2025, at 9:00 AM PST and 9:00 PM PST.

4. How to Participate

  • Collectors may claim Holiday Keys through the in-app Revolving Storefront (2 Keys per 4-hour rotation). Additional promotional Key distributions may occur.

  • To attempt to unlock a Holiday Box, participants must use Holiday Keys in the app. Each attempt requires 1–10 Keys. Keys are consumed regardless of outcome.

  • Each Holiday Box offers a 1 in 10,000 chance of opening. Boxes are guaranteed to open once 10,000 Keys have been used.

  • Each Holiday Box will only be live for 24 hours. If it is not unlocked within its 24 hour period, it will disappear and no longer be available.

5. Prizes

  • Each Holiday Box corresponds to a predefined digital pin set (Open Edition or Limited Edition).

  • The collector who successfully opens the box will automatically receive the full set to their account.

  • Total prizes available: 50 full sets (two of the same set per day).

6. Prize Schedule (Sets)

  • Prize Description: Each successfully opened Holiday Box awards one (1) predefined full digital pin set (Open Edition “OE” or Limited Edition “LE”) to the unlocking collector’s Disney Pinnacle account. ARV varies by set and printing. Total prizes available: up to 50 (two per date; if a Day’s set is not won, it is forfeited). Unawarded prizes do not roll over.

  • OE Printing Note: Where “OE” appears below, prize fulfillment may include first and second printing versions of the set, if a second printing exists for that set (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of Keys used per box. Each box is guaranteed to open within 10,000 Keys used.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified in-app immediately upon a successful unlock. No further notification will be provided. Prizes are digital only and delivered directly to the winner’s Disney Pinnacle account.

8. General Conditions

  • No purchase necessary.
  • Keys cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • All Campaign winners are subject to identity verification and verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the event.
  • By participating, users agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Terms of Service.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use name, likeness, and in-app username for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Governing Law

The Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the Province of British Columbia or any other jurisdiction).
