Official Rules

Edited on January 25th, 2026 to include details regarding the delivery mechanics of Legendary Mystery Capsules.

Effective Date: January 27th, 2026

These Official Rules govern the Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs (“Disney Pinnacle”) Legendary Campaign taking place on January 27th, 2026. Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Disney is not a sponsor or administrator of this campaign.

1. Overview

On January 27th, 2026, Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs release a limited number of Legendary Mystery Capsules, followed by an Open Edition release after the Legendary release.

2. Eligibility

Participants must have a valid Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs account, comply with all platform policies, and reside in a region where digital collectible purchases are permitted per the Terms of Use.

3. Legendary Release Details

A. Sale Window and Pricing
  • Sales Window: 8 AM - 9 AM PST on January 27th, 2026
  • Waiting Room: Opens at 7 AM PST
  • Price: $499.99 (USD) per capsule
  • Quantity Available: 40 capsules
  • Purchasing Limit: 1 Mystery Capsule per transaction

B. Contents of the Legendary Mystery Capsule

Each capsule contains:

  • One Legendary Edition digital pin

C. Variant Distribution

The full Legendary Edition pool consists of 164 Legendary Edition digital pins across all variants. The 40 Legendary Mystery Capsules draw from this pool. The odds for each individual Legendary Mystery Capsule within the drop are:

  • Quartis (/25) — 60.96%
  • Xenith (/10) — 24.3%
  • Quinova (/5) — 12.2%
  • Apex (/1) — 2.44%

D. Legendary Mystery Capsule Delivery

Legendary Mystery Capsules purchased during the drop will be delivered and available to open once either of the following conditions are met:

  • All 40 Legendary Mystery Capsules sell out
  • The sales window ends at 9:00 AM PST on January 27th, 2026

The specific character, variant, and serial number of digital pins distributed via Legendary Mystery Capsules are not revealed until the capsules are opened by their owners. All Legendary Mystery Capsules must be opened by the original purchaser and they cannot be transferred. Any Legendary Mystery Capsules that remain unopened by 9:00 AM PST on February 17th, 2026 will automatically be opened, and the revealed Legendary Edition digital pin will be delivered to the collector.

4. Open Edition Release Details

A. Sale Window and Pricing
  • Release Name: Disney Mickey & Friends: Winter Adventures Vol. 1
  • Launch Time: 9 AM PST on January 27th, 2026
  • Price: $6.95 (USD) per capsule
  • Purchasing Limit: up to 10 Mystery Capsules per transaction

Note: In the event that the Legendary Mystery Capsule drop takes the full 1 hour timeframe, the Open Edition release will commence at 9:30 AM PST instead of 9:00 AM PST. If the Open Edition release starts at 9:30 AM PST, the first Revolving Storefront window for Disney Mickey & Friends: Winter Adventures Vol. 1 will be 1:00 PM PST.

B. Contents of the Open Edition Capsule

Each capsule may contain:

One (1) Open Edition digital pin of the Disney Mickey & Friends: Winter Adventures Vol.1 set in any of the 6 available digital pins within the set, including their variants of:

  • Standard 57.3%
  • Silver Sparkle 23.3%
  • Golden 14.4%
  • Digital Display 5.1%

OR

There is a 0.5% chance that an Open Edition Mystery Capsule will reveal one (1) Legendary Edition digital pin from the Mickey & Friends Vol.3 set.

Within this 0.5 percent chance, each Legendary variant is assigned a proportional probability based on its distribution in the remaining Legendary pool. When applied to the 0.5% Legendary probability, the approximate chances of revealing each individual variant are:

  • Quartis: 0.305%
  • ‍Xenith: 0.122%‍
  • Quinova: 0.061%
  • ‍Apex: 0.012%

These percentages represent the likelihood of revealing each specific variant at the time the Open Edition release begins and are calculated using the 124 remaining Legendary Edition digital pins in the pool. Actual odds may change throughout the distribution period as Legendary Edition digital pins are revealed and availability decreases.

Once the Open Edition release ends, if any Legendary Edition variants or notable serials (such as #1 or perfect serials) remain undistributed, Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs reserves the right to retain select editions for future promotional use. Any remaining editions not designated for future use will be burned.

5. Odds Disclosure

A. Legendary Release

Purchasing a Legendary Mystery Capsule guarantees one Legendary Edition digital pin but does not guarantee any specific variant or mint number.

B. Open Edition Release

Open Edition Mystery Capsules provide a chance, not a guarantee, of revealing a Legendary Edition pin. The 0.5 percent chance reflects the entire remaining Legendary pool at the time of release.

6. General Terms

  • All sales are final.
  • Disney Pinnacle may adjust campaign mechanics for compliance or system stability.
  • Attempts to circumvent platform systems may result in loss of eligibility.
  • System load or queue conditions may affect delivery timing.

Note: Due to country pricing limitations through Google Play Store, collectors in South Korea do not have the ability to purchase Legendary Mystery Capsules through an Android device, but can still purchase through an iOS device.
